To provide quality and accurate business administrative support services to internal and external stakeholders enabling Nedbank to achieve its business goals.

Job Responsibilities


Responsible for the logistical planning and administration of Business Travel arrangements; per the Operation guidelines outlined by the Business unit
To ensure efficiencies and cost reduction per the Strategic Initiatives outlined by the Organisation
Responsible for achieving outstanding customer service; to communicate cheerfully with clients and to convey a positive attitude, both by phone, and where required, in face to face meetings
Accurate completion travel bookings, amended bookings and all other administrative responsibilities within expected timeframe
Respond to all relevant calls as required
Respond and action all relevant email correspondence with customers within time requirement;
To achieve the relevant transactional targets annually

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level

Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Preferred Qualification

A National Diploma/Certificate in Travel & Tourism
Galileo or Amadeus Certificate

Type of Exposure

Completing various administrative duties (e.g. answering phones; making copies; filing)

Minimum Experience Level

Minimum 2 years working experience in the Travel Industry


Fluent English (written and verbal)
Basic ticketing and fares knowledge is an advantage
Efficient working knowledge of Galileo, Amadeus or another corporate On-line Booking Tool
Sound knowledge of SA geography
PC literate; competent in Windows/Word/Excel
