About the Position
As the Training Manager you will provide support to the Learning, Development & Training Manager to develop, implement and manage the annual Learning and Development (L&D) Programme. Source, develop and implement L&D interventions aligned with the Company's Learning and Development Framework, comply with legal requirements and incorporate best practice in the continuous development and improvement of operating standards, policies and procedures aligned with our:
Core values of Excellence, Sustainability, Relevance and Integrity.
Standard operating policies and procedures.
HR policies and procedures.
Occupational health and safety requirements.
Employee relations legislation.
The successful candidate must be able to connect people and function in a dynamic and stimulating environment through:
Planning and delivering training from the Annual Performance Review (APR) and Personal Development Review (PDR) process and the Learning & Development Programme.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the relevant Skills Development and Health & Safety legislation.
Tracking and assessing training effectiveness in reports and records.
