About the Position

We have a position available for an experienced Training Facilitator. The purpose of this role, is to effectively provide ongoing training using training matrix and development plans to all factory employees in the areas of operating standards, Quality standards and product knowledge. Must come from a manufacturing background, preferably knowledge of baking processes.

Duties:

In charge of monitoring training methods and then providing feedback on what needs to be improvement
Coordinate with Production team to facilitate trainng on products, services and other topics
Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating efectiveness of training activities
To ensure that training programs (Skills Matrix) are executed properly and on time
Provide practical training as per SOP to ensure the maintenance of product standards and specifications
Compile detailed reports of training conducted
About The Employer

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualication Diploma/Degree in any field or studying towards
Min 2-3 years relevant experience in production/food manufacturing environment
Proficiency with basic computer programs such as the MS Office
Train the Trainer experience and qualification advantageous
BAking/Food production skill
