The incumbent will work with the Dealer Communications and Training manager to support Operations Excellence, Digital communication and maintenance of Rosi+ and the Organizer as well as designing, developing and creating eLearning training materials that fulfil business needs in order to meet the company strategy.

Key accountabilities

Utilise Articulate 360 to develop e-learning modules for dealers and site staff.
Creating, designing and launching of e-Learning platforms to over 500 retail service stations and the wider business ensuring the content is relevant and up to date.
Create short digital tutorial video’s for e-learning modules to increase capabilities for RTM’s, BDC’s, dealers and site staff.
Deliver Train the Trainer material for new classroom based training.
Supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) digital platform, including assigning e-Learning to dealers, site staff, RTM’s and BDC’s.
Manage access and logins of all LMS users on a daily basis.
Monthly report and analyse completion of e-Learning modules and results.
Create Knowledge based assessments in LMS.
Generation of management information and training reports for the Retail Leadership Team and the wider business.
Support ad-hoc classroom training with logistical support, i.e. booking of venues, dispatching material, managing attendance registers and recoveries if applicable.

Manage Rosi+ & update daily with Dealer Communication and promotions
Work in Teamsite (Content Management System) to update Rosi+ daily.
Manage all user logins for Retail and other users.
Manage troubleshooting of users, including password re-sets, access management,
Log user incidents, queries on Jira, a website which is used to support
Generate various reports on Organizer to inform the Sales team & Operations Excellence to identify areas for improvement.
Work with global Rosi+ Working Group to help develop Rosi+ for continuous improvement on the platform.
Train new Retail Team members on Rosi+
Assist with the digital compilation of the Dealer Newsletter.

Essential Education
Tertiary education (degree or diploma) relating to Retail/IT&S/Communication/Digital.
Essential experience and job requirements

Retail operational experience desirable
Good understanding of IT systems
Good communication and writing skills required
Creative skills required
