Summary: Our client a well established company requires a customer service agent for a 3 month contract to catch up on outstanding work



Description
The Customer Service Agent position encompasses handling telephonic, emailed and faxed orders from clients, the processing of these orders, maintenance of the outstanding orders list and general office administration.

Competencies Required:

Matric with English and Afrikaans

Excellent communication skills
Client service skills
Excellent administration skills
Accuracy
Experience with MSWord and Excel
Experience on an ERP system (Baan, SAP) and its Distribution Module would be an advantage.
