Handling incoming calls from customers on catering equipment enquiries and quotations.
? Generate and send quotations to customers
? Follow up on quotes and process catering equipment orders.
? Grow basket with current customers by introducing new products
? Contribute towards achieving sales targets set out for the team.
? Participate in promotions to generate revenue for the business.
? Liaise with buying on out of stock items, follow up and send out to customers.
? Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Afrikaans
? Very good communication skills & telephone etiquette.
? Computer literacy.
? Sound knowledge of catering would be advantageous.
? Capacity to manage and maintain client relationships.
? High energy levels.
? Ability to work independently and be part of a team.
? Ability to work in a highly pressured environment.
? Good listener.
? Meticulous attention to detail.
? Strong administrative skills.
? Sense of urgency.
At least 2 years selling experience.
Computer literacy preferably with Great Plains
