The role of the Telesales Outbound Advisor is to deliver, maintain and promote the brand whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times. The role involves calling existing customers and selling additional products which include additional connections, accessories and where possible making changes to customers account to better suit their need
Deliver quality service to all customers.
Complete sales compliantly always ensuring customers are treated fairly.
Identify and resolve customer issues and escalate where required.
Contribute individually and as a team member of a team to ensure service levels meet agreed client and internal standards
Process and resolve customer requirements and queries within predetermined procedures and policies.
Achieve and deliver an effective level of personal work, activities and a high level of performance to meet individually set objectives.
Participate and support as an individual and team member to achieve overall team and business objectives.
Act as a โSales Championโ and challenge existing process/systems that stand in the way of driving customer satisfaction.
Using call centre systems competently to keep both customersโ accounts and own records accurately updated
Participate fully in all team and company meetings
Required Qualification: Matric (Completed)
1 Track record of closing sales
Eloquent English language (written and spoken)
1 yearsโ experience working in an outbound telesales

Basic Salary and Commission:
Basic - R6500
Commission - up to 40%
Shift allowance and weekend allowance.
Working hours: Monday to Friday Earliest start is 8 am and latest finish is 8 pm, these times are in UK time.
Saturdays - 8am to 2pm UK time.
