MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on Machine output to ensure meet requirements
Produce quality products as per specifications
Ensure machines adhere to safety requirements
Execute machine maintenance in accordance to procedures
Ensure good housekeeping in production area
Perform standard trouble-shooting and problem solving
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Matric certificate
5 years blow moulding experience as a Setter/ Technician
Formal plastics qualification from reputable institution
Advanced Computer Skills (MS Office, Syspro)
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES, BEHAVIOURS AND ATTITUDES
A strong operational excellence mindset

Goal orientation with a strong achievement need
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills
A self -starter with high levels of energy and drive
Salary: Market Related
