Achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and penetration within assigned area. Selling company products. Personally contact and secure new business/ customers. Managing team of sales reps within assigned area. Ensuring all targets and KPI’s are reached by sales reps within assigned area.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensuring all sales reps within assigned region reach required targets.
Monitoring performance on a continuous basis.
Train reps on areas where they are lacking / underperforming.
Ensure that all reps have a minimum of 90 outlets signed up.
Induction process of newly appointed reps.
Performance management of reps in assigned region.
Disciplinary management of sales reps where necessary.
Sending feedback to Management and reporting on status of reps in assigned region on a continuous basis.
Provide detailed planning by objectives for each sales rep and ensure the implementation thereof.
Issuing of company assets

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and through e-mails, and with both customers and management.
Ability to learn and apply information to perform job.
Ability to close sales by obtaining the commitment from the customer.
Be able to expand existing business by increasing portfolio and quantities of product range.
