SYSPRO IT/BUSINESS ANALYST

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Interface with the business to assess opportunities for operational improvements,

Gather requirements and define business solutions

Provide assistance and support to Syspro end-users

Maintain and enhance all Syspro administration functions


Design, create and automate reports

Provide training to end-users

Design, develop, test and deploy new Syspro functionalities


Champion best practices and governance of Syspro
Qualifications, experience and other requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/ Business Analysis


• Syspro 7 knowledge


• 3 -6 years of associated work experience


• Willing to travel


• MS SQL database management and maintenance skills


• Competence with Crystal reports


• Practical application ability with Microsoft Office


• Detailed analytical abilities


• Strong experience in user testing and project management
