Responsible for coordinating
multiple products or sites with medium impact on working capital, and
medium-short term outlook. This includes: supply chain planning operations,
process development, planning & execution, customer & client
interaction / business partnership, systems/data management, reporting &
analysis, and people, talent & budget management.

To Manage the production
planning, demand balancing & assist with the implementation of new supply
chain processes and procedures.

PLANNING OPERATIONS

Assists in the management of improvement projects
and commitments requiring a comprehensive understanding of supply chain planning
practices and procedures.

Applies a comprehensive understanding of supply
chain planning practices and procedures to identify areas of improvement and
cost management deficiencies to better equip team with efficient supply chain
planning techniques and tools/systems.

Creates moderately complex internal/external
benchmark reports and activities across, and may provide input to the
development of an organizational roadmap to accommodate it.

Reviews channel capacity on a daily basis, and
develops plan in case of gaps in order to minimize cost to serve and impact to
customers. Communicates with all relevant stakeholders in the process using a
comprehensive understanding of supply chain planning practices and procedures.

PROCESS
DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING & EXECUTION

Monitors and manages capacity of inventory in
relation to demand of customer orders for multiple products or sites. When
needed, contributes to decision for how and when to modify the original
forecast and plan with some oversight from manager.

With some oversight, sets stock levels and monitors
inventory health for multiple products or sites, along with managing the shelf
life of the products (e.g. perishable products).

Uses thorough knowledge of supply chain planning
practices and procedures to validate, coordinate, and execute sales and
operations plans and other supply chain strategies with medium impact to
working capital. Has freedom to make limited changes to plans using scheduling
tool.

With some oversight, coordinates and executes all
forecasting processes. Interprets processes, and works with stakeholders to

explain and refine it. Activities include:
Resolves forecast-related issues
Maintains and updates forecast data
May create and edit moderately complex forecasting
models

Optimizes order portfolio and capacity of multiple
products or sites with medium-short term outlook.

Inventory planning
Sales volume
Channel capacity forecasts
Supply planning
Material resource planning
Production scheduling
Sales and operations planning (S&OP;)
CUSTOMER &
CLIENT INTERACTION / BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP

Discusses with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales,
plant operations, CTL and procurement) on the impacts of their supply chain
plan.

This includes all aspects regarding costs, impact on
capacity, logistics, and order release.

Collaborates with peers in other BUs and/or
externally (i.e. customers).

Participates in cross-functional teams to execute,
evaluate and recommend common work processes, and improvement projects.

Collaborates with supply chain planning group and
forecast system users to resolve any issues impacting supply chain optimization
models. Implements changes as necessary.

Using a thorough knowledge and supply chain planning
practices and procedures, tracks and creates reports on service level

agreements for customers.

SYSTEMS / DATA
MANAGEMENT, REPORTING & ANALYSIS

Responsible for developing and maintaining
tools/systems and relationships that supports accurate capacity planning, as
well as other databases within the business related to shipments and inventory
management items.

Develops, maintains and utilizes moderately complex
supply chain optimization and scenario management models to help analyse
capacity and demand forecasts with medium impact on working capital. Reports
results to supply chain and operations teams for strategic planning purposes.

Responsible for user training and benchmarking for
supply chain planning applications and tools.

Tracks and analyses KPIs (key performance
indicators) for multiple products or sites. Implements and partner with more
senior teammates to recommend actions to improve best practices across team.

With minimal oversight, conducts
ad hoc analysis and reports. For example: RFQ, tactical sourcing, budgeting,
plan vs. actual, etc.

PEOPLE, TALENT
AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT

May provide informal coaching and/or training to
coordinators of the planning and other processes in supply chain or e.g.
management trainees of other job families.

Qualifications

The job may require flexible working hours or on
call duties.

3-5 years of
relevant work experience in Supply Chain/Planning or relevant supply chain
experience.

Proven track record in delivering improvements in
the area of SC Planning (e.g. cost savings, service improvement, additional
revenue creation).

Experience in a S&OP;/IBP environment a plus.

Food/feed/agri/FMCG environment experience/knowledge
is a plus.

Experience in a process driven environment is a plus.

Fluent in English and Local Language (additional
regional language is a plus).

Basic knowledge of process and production steps and
β€˜general’ plant lay-outs / restrictions.

Basic knowledge of different transport modalities
and restrictions.

Having a proper sense of urgency (know when/how to
step in).

Being able to influence people in different
locations and departments, with different cultures and backgrounds.

Be comfortable with level of independency and
decision making authority.

Accurate monitoring on costs, budgets, output, sales
demand, inventories.

Understanding of implications of all relevant
internal processes and procedures on stakeholders (logistics, planning,
customer service).
