Qualifications:
• A post matric qualification in stock/finance will be advantageous, or minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Computer Literacy in:
• MS Word
• MS Excel
• Pastel (advantageous) but training will be given
Duties:
• Manage, capture and control inventory
• Ensure company policies are followed in regards to stock controlling

• Inventory analysis and analysing variances
• Ensure investigation and correction of variances
• Preparing daily and monthly journals on stocks as needed
• Plan half yearly and yearly stock takes
• Reconciling Inventory to General Ledger
• Ensure adherence to audit trails and audit requirements

• An analytical thinker to ensure relevant information and identify key issues
• Team player by working effectively within a team and peers
• Handle pressure situations
• Attention to detail
• High level of accountability and responsibility
