MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 qualification
SKILLS REQUIRED:

Knowledge of all organizational administration systems related to own functions and the ability to utilize the systems to gather information
Ability to analyze problems, make correct judgments/decision and think strategically
Ability to take initiative and display persistence
Interpersonal and sound written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as internal managers and sales teams
Sound planning, organizing and monitoring skills
SAP experience
MS Office – Excel, Outlook, Word
JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure cost effective stock control reducing stock write offs·
To ensure the stock control tasks are done effectively and efficiently·
Stock Age - Report on risk stock and reduce write offs·
Credits investigated, analyzed, reported and reduced·
Manage block stock by writing off depot related breaks, damages, NC related stock and regrades processed monthly·
Perform role as backup in department (distribution administrator and supply planner)·
Build effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders·
Take responsibility for own performance goals·
To provide input with continuous improvement on admin function
