Sponsorship/Promotions Specialist-Kaya FM (95.9)

Job description
Role Purpose: To initiate, drive and manage sponsorships and promotions projects with sales, marketing and programming teams.

Key Performance Areas:
Manage all Sales Sponsorship and Promotions projects and assignment
Liaise with the Sales team/Sales house regarding the implementation of sales proposals and handling queries
Co-ordinate and facilitate the implementation of all commercial campaigns
Monitoring the sales process and providing key insights regarding sponsorship and promotions projects and station initiatives
Develop and present Presenter execution briefs
Communicate campaign objectives and briefing of on air personalities
Coordinate and manage reactive and proactive creative sales solutions
Tracking and monitoring campaign process by generating a post campaign analysis report
Attending client meetings when required for the purposes of receiving a brief or presenting ideas
To provide S&P activity reports on a monthly basis

Liaise with internal stakeholders, acquire and evaluate that sales proposal requirements are met
Participate in regular brainstorm sessions

Requirements
Qualifications / Education/Experience:
Media/Marketing diploma
Radio Promotions - one to three years’ experience
Valid drivers licence
