THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN SOUTH AFRICA WHERE THERE IS A LEGALWISE BRANCH

LegalWise seeks to employ a Specialist: Customer Care to champion complaints handling within LegalWise by providing assistance to Members in respect of the effective resolution of complaints.

You will be responsible for:

Verifying of Member details against the Pinnacle System at every point of contact with our Members.
Accurately updating Member personal details on the Pinnacle System in line with information as supplied by the Member.
Logging of calls, where appropriate, with Member Administration and/or Legal Services and Support to handle Member queries or requests (i.e. updating bank account details, scheduling appointments, etc.).
Assessing complaints logged on Pinnacle Administration System.
Categorising of complaint category/ type, including source of complaint.
Escalating/ delegating complaint in line with standard operating procedure.
Initiating of call logs with the applicable branch, claims hub or department.
On-going monitoring of complaint status.

Appropriate Member communication in line with SLA throughout the complaint resolution process.
Closing of complaints including outcome, root cause analysis and any benefit due to Member if applicable.
Assisting with ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Qualifications and experience required:

Completed Legal Degree (LLB, BProc, BJuris or BA Law) essential.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years' legal experience.
Skills and competencies required:

Must be computer literate.
Must be able to speak English.
Must be fluent in one other official language.
Must have strong customer services orientation.
Must have excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to build rapport quickly with people.
Must be strongly solution orientated with excellent problem solving abilities.
Must display a positive orientation and exceptional resilience.
Other requirements:

Psychometric assessments will be a requirement.
ITC/Qualification/Criminal checks will be a requirement.
A willingness to travel, act independently and work after hours.
Valid driver's license, and own reliable transport essential.
Must relocate at own cost.
