About the Position

Report to: Executive managemement

Input:
Responsible for general business management to the Strategic Executive and CEO, including tasks in policies, processes, operating procedures,
marketing and communication, operational support, business reporting, strategic project support and strategic project status tracking.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Policies, processes and operating procedures
- Coordination and managing the process to ensure policies, processes and operating procedures are in place
- Adoption of policies, processes and operating procedures in Gyro by business units
- Change control management
- Constant review and improvements of policies, processes and operating procedures

Marketing and communication
- Working with executive and CEO to decide a yearly marketing strategy
- Coordination and management of all marketing activities
- Managing all external professional bodies memberships
- Overseeing Gyro website, including updates

MINIMUM PERSON REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant 3 year business degree/ diploma (Commercial) (NQF level 6)

EXPERIENCE
5 Years relevant experience

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Valid driver's license
