A Paarl based tech company is looking for a Software Support Consultant to join their dynamic Support Team.
Responsibilities

provide telephonic / remote support to clients on specialized software and hardware products.
install, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware products.


Requirements:

Exceptional Computer literacy
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to work under pressure and as part of a dynamic team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Code 8 drivers license
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans / English)


Experience with Payroll and an understanding of the Agricultural sector would be an advantage.

Salary:

Remuneration package is negotiable, depending on previous experience and qualifications, and includes Retirement Benefits (on successful Permanent appointment).
