Minimum requirements:

HR qualification
Minimum of 8 - 10 years relevant experience in a medium or large size IT or BDO organization of global reputation

Human Resources Operations

Ensuring maintenance of records of all people Joining, Leaving & Removing right up to their personal files.
Issuing of appointment letter after proper verification about Company and location – issuing of appointment letter is centralized
Expertise of recruitment letter, issuing of termination letter and dealing with absconding cases
Administration of all Leave Record
Administration of Performance Appraisal system and its timely implementation
Administration of statutory compliances across the country
Dealing with any court cases related to statutory compliances employee matter across country.
Ensuring accurate maintenance of attendance, timely preparation of salaries and proper disbursement
Administration of Employee Helpline
Talent Acquisition

Establishes a recruiting strategy by analyzing job descriptions and management feedback, ustomizing processes as well as staying abreast of industry trends and local labor market conditions.
Recruits, interviews, screens, completes reference checks and makes hiring decisions in collaboration with local management at the Agent and Supervisor level. May consult with hiring manager regarding potential candidates and assists them in their final decision at the Agent/Supervisor level. Finalizes offers in accordance wit hemployment and compensation policies. Processes appropriate paperwork.
Identifies creative sources for recruiting qualified candidates through a variety of continually expanding means to include database, internet, newspaper advertising, job fairs, professional organizations, community agencies, and colleges. Strategize with business unit to determine other possible sources
Works with hiring manager to customize and conduct Behavioral Based interviews
Acts as liaison between search firms and hiring managers
Employee Relations:

Maintain Appropriate Contact / Communication with the Employees to stay abreast of concerns and address personnel issues. Work with practice leaders on out placement due to performance issues, conduct all exit interviews and compile reports to practice leaders on findings, review turn over (Attrition Analysis ) and then promote retention of talented professionals.
Compensation and Benefits:

Working closely with practice leaders, conduct annual compensation process ( Reviewing market studies, performance results and peer ranges to ensure fair and reasonable compensation adjustments).
Performance Management:

Manager/ Drive processes and support culture related to mentoring, counseling, goal settings, performance feedback, career planning.
Risk Management:

Review and Address all bonding, application or legal issues with employees.
Rewards and Recognition:

Initiate and prompt leadership on Reward and Recognition.
Cross Functional:

Responsible for assisting with a variety of cross functional activities.
Oversee and manage the HR services provided to the Business by functionally aligned HR generalist. Also, responsible for initiating, developing and implementing a full range of HR initiatives in support of the company’s HR strategy and local practice objectives-with specific focus on the retention and development of talented professionals.
