Duties & Responsibilities β’ Efficient general office administration and PO Management
β’ Assist Contractβs Manager with general admin tasks
β’ Prepare minutes of meetings
β’ Attend to administration details such as registers, quoting, filing, electronic purchase orders, typing, assistance with tenders
β’ Manage and order all necessary clothing for technicians
β’ Process a petty cash for Contracts Manager and submit to Finance for reimbursement on a monthly basis
β’ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on fuel consumptions of vehicles and machines
β’ Take minutes of all department meetings and maintain a filing system
β’ Maintain client listing
β’ Maintain a system to monitor services for vehicles and licenses.
β’ Perform a helpdesk function for all admin
β’ Request EFT payments from Finance as and when necessary
β’ Collate and submit all casual wages and attendance registers for the site. Filling in leave forms for wage workers
β’ Sourcing of order numbers from clients.
β’ Sign out diesel to machine operators.
β’ Oversee hygiene in mess rooms.
