The SHE Officer will responsible for coordinating SHE legal compliance programmes, determining and maintaining compliance to certain aspects of the radiation quality systems requirements and related issues. The employee is also responsible for ensuring that the employer complies with all relevant SHE legislation, industry specific regulations, policies, procedures and customer requirements.

Grade 12 certificate

SAMTRAC / NEBOSH

Valid driver’s license

Fluency in English and Afrikaans

Literacy and numerical ability

Registered SACPCMP Construction Health and Safety Officer (CHSO)

Resilience and energetic personality

Initiative and self-discipline

Ability to perform under pressure

Attention to detail

Problem solving skills

Advantageous:

Safety Management Qualification (Diploma/Degree)

Radiation monitoring certificate (RPM Certificate)

Registered as a Technical Member with SAIOSH
