Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
2 years of experience in Customer Service
Knowledge of Omni/SYSPRO System (Advantageous)
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls
Protect and uphold good company reputation
Focus on customer satisfaction
Adapt to different customer characters and personalities
Responsible for all daily transactions
Manage the Trip Sheets on daily basis
Allocating spares to Jobs/invoicing on OMNI Account.
Liaise with Warehouse and Different Stores

Accurate and efficient
Working hours: 07h00 - 16h00 / Salary: R6500 CTC
