To provide the administration service to clients through the accurate capturing, processing of instructions on contracted accounts, maintaining accurate & up to date record of client information and provide support toward the timeous resolution of client queries in order to maximize good customer experience.
Invoicing - To process and ensure the accuracy of the invoices.
Spares allocation - Issue of spare parts from allocated stores to scheduled work as required for the repairs.
Work In Progress – WIP report: Reconcile all open outstanding jobs where cost allocated too.
Back Log Report sales orders - investigate and process Back log report on Sales orders
Reports - Draft and provide reports to management
Credit notes - Assist the invoicing clerk to investigate and process Credit notes
Quoting – Generate quotes and sending it to customers
Follow up on quotes and orders
Filling – general filing and scanning of documents
Job Scheduling – schedule technician jobs
Technician Productivity & Time Management
Contract Administration – General administration
General Customer services
2-3 years relevant work experience
