Job Summary Statement:
The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver an advisory service in order to attend to non-technical service activities accurately and timeously as per agreed standard operating procedures.

Minimum Qualification:
Matric
Post Matric relevant qualification
Minimum Work Experience:
5+ years work experience within the motor industry in a service advisor capacity with technical knowledge.
KIA/Renault brand background would be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities

PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE
Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues
Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement
Report on transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability
Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes
Ensure work in progress are delivered according to the job card and applicable standards
Ensure vehicles are quality checked and test driven before delivered to customer
Control assets in workshop (keys locked away, vehicles safely stored away, workshop locked etc.) to ensure company's assets are safeguarded
Adhere to all safety standards as per organisational practice, process requirements and escalate suspected transgressions
FINANCE
Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance
Ensure effective daily planning
Adhere to labour sales and performance targets
Strictly Manage WIP and Cash Outstanding to be monitored and controlled
Correct payments obtained
Adhere to credit control procedures
Ensure that service ,maintenance and warranty audit policies are adhered to
CLIENT/CUSTOMER
Deliver work activities adequately to satisfy internal and external customers
Ensure that jobs are pre-costed and invoices before customer collection, provide timeous feedback to customers if delays occur
All procedures followed with all customers regarding loan cars
Establish authorisation for extra work
Improve and maintain customer service indexes percentages to agreed standards
PEOPLE
Attend training initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills
Stay abreast of industry developments e.g. new products, warranty, maintenance
Ensure that all product training is attended as per KIA SA requirements
