Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator

Daily Responsibilities :
Ensure all Service calls are attended to and accurately logged.
Ensure job cards are opened for all customer calls.
Accurate capturing and completion of all job cards, system and manual.
Continuous follow up on open job cards and obtaining of outstanding information.
Ensure spares is transferred to correct technician for costing.
Ensure warranty equipment is clearly marked and credit is passed where required.
Ensure Technician hours, labour rates and travelling time is accurately recorded.
Accurate and timeous completion of all Work Estimates.
Constant follow up on work estimates and follow through.
Ensure that spares are available for repairs. Timeous ordering of spares and follow up on outstanding orders.
Any reports as and when required
Remuneration and Benefits;
R 14000 with full benefits and bonus
