Liaise with branches and relevant stakeholders

2.Client Services Administration report
Provide daily progress report on escalation matters/ incidents to management
Provide monthly system generated report to management

3.Ad hoc project duties
Assist with reception and secretary duties where needed
Assist with claims registration



Certificate in Customer Service as an advantage


1 - 2 Years’ Experience as an Administration
FAIS related experience as an advantage
