Description: Checking Certificates/Notices against other documents Sending certificates/notices to client with covering letter Updating data onto an in - house system (Patricia) Sending incorrect foreign and local certificate back for correction Checking for outstanding certificates/Notices Follow up with relevant stakeholders on either incorrect or outstanding certificates Advising clients of outstanding certificates Checking registered user certificates to client with covering letter Inserting information onto in - house system (Patricia) Assist in the recordals department with preparing and filing of recordal applications Assist the renewals department by filing applications and sending certificates Attending to recordals matters Scanning of documents and attach into in house system (Patricia) Generate letters through the internal system Handling routine correspondenceRequirements Computer literate in MS Office Suite Fully conversant in English Attention to detail Ability to work independently and under pressure Ability to prioritise and learn systems Ability to handle information related to the department with confidentiality Good organisational skillsQualification/s Matric Secretarial Diploma (an advantage) Needs a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a legal secretary
