Profile
B degree
2 years' experience in Administrative field
2 years' experience in Examination Processes
2 years' experience in Timetable and Timetable Systems
Other competency requirements:

A logical, organised and systematic work method and ability to function effectively under pressure.
A positive client- service orientation.
Computer Literate in Excel, Ms Office, GroupWise, Internet, VSS Student System.
Demonstration of language proficiency in order to function optimally in the various multilingual environments of the NWU and compile reports.
Ad Hoc tasks relating to timetable, venue scheduling.
Handling of telephonic, electronic and walk-in enquiries.
Problem solving abilities and time management
Quick decision making skills.
Planning and organising skills.
