To provide administrative support within the legal function and provide supportive information in order to enable execution of core legal processes.
Outputs and Accountabilities:
Assist with functional and administrative tasks and procedures relating to the functional area.
Provide administrative assistance to Senior Manager
Update and maintain team website
Editing and formatting of documents
Quality assurance document files
Making travel arrangements
Procurement of stationery and fixed assets register
Deliver operating results within predefined quality, volume and time standards.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with peers, team leads/managers and key role players to achieve contracted work outputs.
Constantly align own work method to changes in work requirements, procedures, policies, processes, and delivery systems to meet contracted targets.
Drive own performance in order to achieve business objectives in line with required response time, quality and service delivery standards.
Integrate new knowledge attained through formal and informal training opportunities and apply in the carrying out your job.
Adhere to specified polices, standards and procedures to prevent wastage on resources and report violations
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a service that is consistent, seamless and error free.
