Key Job Outputs
Achieve and exceed Sales and GP budgets within the territory, relevant customer accounts, and product budgets.
New Business Development: Account focused Marketing Strategies towards achieving and exceeding growth targets. Develop and implement tactical plans to realize new growth opportunities.
Implement, monitor and ensure total territorial coverage.
Solve customer queries and complaints.
Provide customers with relevant product information and quotations.
Continuous relationship building with all stakeholders.
Plan appointments and specifications for a sales call.
Prepare for sales call i.e. promotional material, sales quote etc.
Visit customers according to sales and customer strategy.
Compulsory attendance of Sales and Strategy meetings as required.
Submit compulsory reporting, this will include a weekly call report and a weekly forecast\ planning report and other related company procedures.

Job Requirements
Prepared to travel as required by the company
Valid drivers’ license mandatory
Own reliable transport mandatory
Comprehensive vehicle insurance mandatory
Relevant BTech Biomedical Technology / BSc Life Sciences Degree
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the Orthopedic Devices industry
Existing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the industry preferred.
Experience in strategy development, new business development, and sales and marketing required.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of JDE or similar ERP system
Valid drivers’ license
The successful candidate will be required to work overtime, over and above normal working hours, as and when the company requires.
Working over weekends will be required as and when the company requires.
The job involves local travel which may result in the candidate having to stay away from home for one or more nights
