Minimum requirements:Essential:Matric / Grade 12Minimum 3 yearsâ€™ sales & stakeholder management experienceRelevant advertising and/or project management qualificationDetail oriented and organisedExcellent organisational and leadership skillsAdvantageous:Knowledge of the Sectional Title IndustrySolar and fibre knowledgeResponsibilities:Lead generation:Establish and develop Managing Agent leads;Establish and develop Body Corporate and Homeowner Association leads;Establish and develop property developer leads;Establish and develop Sectional Title service provider leads;Establish and develop commercial and industrial property owner leadsSales:Understand and present solutions and products to leads formulated;Present solutions at Trustees / Directors meetings, if required to do so (typically after hours);Manage Managing Agent relationship once lead established and developed;Liaise with internal operations teams to obtain proposals;Assist in developing proposals, if required.After sales:Ongoing engagement with Managing Agents, Trustees and Directors of estates where solutions have been sold and implementedCompetencies & attitudes:Good communications skills both verbal and writtenStrong sales & negotiation skillsProfessional manner and strong ethical codeDetail oriented and organisedMust take initiative and be self-drivenBe able to take accountabilityAbility to plan and work under pressureRemuneration & benefits:R 20 000 CTC + sliding commission structurePlease note: this is open to non-EE candidatesThis opportunity applies to South African citizens.
