Sales Executive - Vehicle Hire

Group Red Sky (PTY) Ltd is a Human Resources consultancy that assists organisations with sourcing and selection. Our Cape Town based client within the Vehicle Rental industry is looking for a strong and passionate Sales Executive for their Vehicle Rental company.

Main Duties:

Sell the company's vehicle hire services to potential clients and upsell company services to existing clients

Proposal and report writing

Compile data and interpret trends in consumer behaviour

Cleints relationship management

Finding potential leads

Communicating with customers

Door to door cold calling/Daily canvassing for new business

Representing the company at exhibitions, meetings, trade shows

Reviewing one’s sales performance

Effectively market & promote the services by example of the “Sales Funnel System”

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to Branch Manager

Achieve and maintain monthly set SALES targets.





Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

Primarily, must have the ability to enthusiastically convince people that they need our company's products/services. In other words, you must have the killer instinct required to close a sale.

Minimum 2 years sales experience

Preferably experience within the vehicle hire industry

Driver's license

Matric

Persuasiveness

The ability to write detailed yet compelling proposals and reports.

Analytical skills

Decisiveness

You need to retain good relationships with clients while meeting targets and deadlines

Able to learn, understand and know all our products and services

Outstanding communication skills. Personality is big in sales. You should be comfortable communicating complicated concepts in a clear and friendly manner

The ability to cope with rejection and positively continue to the following potential client

The capacity to work alone or as part of a team

Extreme self-motivation and a competitive nature
