Job Description The Sales Executive will be required to achieve set sales targets by providing all customers with unrivaled service excellence and maintaining constructive relationships in order to ensure that every customer’s experience has been outstanding.

Please note that preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates in line with the Companies transformation targets.
Position Overview
Specific Role Responsibilities 1.1 To sell the maximum number of units possible
1.2 To maintain profits within the company requirements
1.3 To ensure all customers are introduced to the F&I
1.4 To ensure the customer is made aware of all the accessories on offer
1.5 To ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is attained
1.6 To ensure that the "Road To A Sale" is conducted with every customer
1.7 To maintain the Company's marketing system with the utmost discipline (Higher Gear)
1.8 To ensure that deal files are accurately completed according to Company policy
1.9 To ensure all CPA documentation is completed according to the Law
1.10 To ensure all documentation required by the Company is correct and recorded


1.11 To ensure displays / shows are staffed correctly
1.12 To ensure full knowledge of any "specials" being run by the Company
1.13 To ensure that prospecting targets are reached
1.14 To ensure Fuel-Online targets are reached
1.15 To ensure full product knowledge
1.16 To adhere to the discounting policy of the Company
1.17 To ensure that demo vehicle is clean and maintained at all times
1.18 To ensure that the invoicing policy of the Company is maintained
1.19 To ensure that vehicles are delivered free of defects
1.20 Ensure that costing's agree to final profit report (VHP515)
1.21 Upon delivery, customer to be introduced to key dealership personnel (Service Manager,
Parts Manager, etc.)
1.22 No vehicles may be delivered until all deposits / short-falls have been collected
1.23 Cash deals may not be delivered until fully paid
1.24 Vehicles that will not be paid within the month must not be invoiced
1.25 Customers must be informed of the payment policy of the dealership
1.26 Quotes given to customers must be signed off by Management
1.27 Any work sent out to a supplier without correct authorisation will be for your
own account
1.28 Reasonable requests by Management outside your job description will be performed
from time to time
Qualifications and Experience - 2-3 years experience in the same or similar role
- Matric / Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Motor Industry
- New vehicle sales experience
