About the company:

A leading International company with presence on every continent is looking for brilliant conversational Call Centre Advisors to help support the development of the client’s business by closing deals with companies in the USA.

Duties:

Handling outbound calls
Research targeted leads and ensure effective sales follow ups
Conduct research on companies and conduct needs analysis
Communicate with clients at all levels including MD’s / CEO’s
Leads will be provided – small / medium / large business
Diarise call backs with clients or point of contact
Negotiate pricing with clients whilst ensuring profit margins achieved
Requirements:

Matric Essential
1 year Call Centre / BPO / Travel & Tourism / Retail experience
Typing speed 30 WPM
Must have SA citizenship
Ability to work shift (2pm – 12am) (Transport available for evening shifts)
Neutral accent
