CALL CENTRE AGENTS NEEDED!!!

Challenging position exists in the Sales Department for target oriented, dynamic, self-motivated, self-driven and passionate individual to join our sales team at Africa Direct Life and Investments.

DUTIES

Sell Personal Line Short Term Insurance products, offer salary advance structure.
Request, obtain and capture clients information accurately.
Behave with great professionalism.
Up-sell and cross-sell to existing
Contribute towards and ensure continuous improvement in own and team performance.
Keep accurate record of own work activities i.e. sales sheet, sales review.
Preferred Qualification and Experience

Matric/ Grade 12
6 months-1 year Sales Experience in a Call centre environment.
Knowledge of FAIS fit and proper requirements i.e. RE5.
A good understanding of insurance will be advantageous.
Banking Experience will be advantageous
Working knowledge of call centre system, processes and business operational rules.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good communication literacy skills
Clear criminal record.
