About the Position
SALES ASSISTANT / SALES ADMINISTRATOR
We have a Sales Administrator/Sales Assistant position available for an energetic, hardworking and motivated person at our Johannesburg branch in Boksburg.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General office duties which includes ordering of stationary, responsible for ordering of food, meeting of clients, making coffee etc
General reception duties: Welcoming of clients, Answering of telephones and relaying calls
Responsible for the booking of the boardroom and preparing of conference calls
Arranging functions and events
Inventory and ordering of the stock for the kitchen and bar
Preparation of 21 day permits
Assist or email clients with relevant information and documents if requested
CRM Maintenance
CRM reports
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or equivalent
2- 3 years admin assistant experience
Strong verbal and communication skills
Must be Computer literate
Must be able to prioritise and multi task
The ability to work under pressure, independent and without constant supervision
Pro-active and fast learner
Very well organised with high attention to detail
Must be accurate
The successful candidate needs to be self-motivated and decisive
Valid driver's licence
