Route Controller

Our client based in the FMCG manufacturing industry (perishable food) is looking for a Route Controller for their branch in PMB. You will be responsible for the supervision of drivers and van assistants. You will manage day to day operational issues and drive sales and customer service.

Requirements
Matric
Computer literacy
Previous supervisory experience in a sales environment
Track record in meeting sales delivery
Drivers licence non-negotiable Code 10 (4 ton trucks)

Please note that you will be required to travel into the locations and rural areas and must therefore know these routes well. You will also be requires to work 6 days a week as well as on holidays.
