OSIS RECRUITMENT client operating a group of luxury lodges, seeks a Reservations Manager to lead their reservations team. Duties include (but are not limited to) management of staff, including related administration. The successful incumbent will manage all bookings, build guest profiles and maintain the same. He/ She will track deposits, payments and related allocations. Extensive reporting applies in regards to Statistics, Revenue, Rooms Inventory and Yield Management. He/ She will be required to manage the company booking system, related maintenance and reporting (Opera). Related administration applies
Skills and Requirements
What you need to apply:
Grade 12 + Tertiary qualification in Hospitality/ Tourism Management (or similar). Minimum of 5 years previous working experience in Reservations Management, with preference given to candidates who have worked within the Luxury lodge sector previously. Sound staff management ability as will be responsible for team management. Must be computer literate on MS Office Suit, Opera, PanLodge or similar. Must have an unendorsed drivers licence.
