Must speak an immaculate Afrikaans

Must have 2 + yrs exp in Reservations, meaning holiday reservations

We need to fill these 2 positions ASAP

KPA’s:

Bookings & Reservations
Adhere to club member’s holiday requirements i.e. preference in wildlife / beach / outdoors, number of holidays per year, peak season / out of season, weekend getaways, children,
Perform Member Credit Control Requirements
Ensuring accounts (loan & subscription) are timeously paid
Perform credit control functions i.e. Follow up calls, emails, etc
Understand the Member’s financial position
Responsible for upgrading of Members accounts
Customer Care dutiesMust have/be:

Bilingual in Afrikaans & English
3 - 4 ys exp in Customer Care / Consultant
Related qualification would be advantageous
Conflict management skills
Proficient in MS Office
Basic numeric and accounting exp


Soft Skills:

Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
Sound telephone etiquette with an obliging attitude
Strong problem solving & listening skills
