Proven ability in these fields, with the following being essential:

 Co-ordination of front-desk activities

 Distributing of correspondence and receiving / redirecting phone calls

 Record keeping of office expenses and cash

 Filing, inventory, updating of calendars and scheduling of meetings

 Bookings (providing information, quoting, booking, collecting payment)

 Welcoming of guests arriving at office, including check in and out

Managing and Communication of Tour Operators and Travel Agents
Social Media experience
Excellent skills in all aspects of office admin
 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

 Administrative support for all departments

 Ability to work in pressure situations

 Strong organisation and co-ordination skills

 Well presented with good interpersonal skills

Minimum requirements:

Driver’s license

Minimum education of Grade 12

Excellent computer competency – word and excel

Minimum of two years’ experience in reservations or reception

Good English speaking ability

Experience in the use Reservation/Property Management software (eRes/HTI, Nightsbrigde, Micros, Opera) an advantage
