You will serve as the main contact point for our Reservations Agents at the MORE Support office. You are responsible for offering excellent customer service, providing options, and other solutions to meet Guests needs, and ensure all reservation information is up-to-date and available for all lodges and departments, when required.

Key Focus Areas

Communicate reservation information to the LSGR Front Desks
Process cancellations, modifications and promptly relays this information to Front Desk
Prepares expected arrivals lists for Front Desk
Be aware of all front office procedures and assist with admin functions
Ensure effective communication with MORE support office regarding reservations details
Process and post onto the PMS, all reservation deposits received by EFT, direct deposit and credit card
Know all packages, rates, and activities pricing
Ensure Flights, transfers and activities are booked correctly
Ensure accurate and timeous submission of all reports and admin work
Hosting guest meals
Health & Safety, Training & Discipline.

Matric/NQF Level 4
Degree/Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality (advantageous)
At least 1 Year experience in similar role
5* Experience
MS Office Suite
