Administration of the Cellular /Data products, ensuring all requests relating to Activation's have been accurately provisioned, activated and billed on the billing database.


Provisioning and Activating of all services/products which forms part of the Activations Team function on customers accounts, which includes but not limited to: -

Liason with Upstream Providers via their direct portals /email
Process Suspensions by taking down customers service technically due to non-payment
Process Cancellations - on customer as well as on network level where applicable (updating databases as well as Network interface)
ADSL consumer Project Management and activation of billing
Domain Administration with Upstream Providers
Co-ordinating of all sim card related requests (GSM & APN)

Updating database and ensuring accuracy and completeness
Dealing with internal staff and regional queries / requests – action, follow up and resolve
Updating database with the storing of relevant information / documentation on the database application
Assist with clean-up of customer databases with correct and valid information
Minimum requirements
Grade 12
Administration and data capturing - preferably in a client services environment
Comparing and analyzing data from various sources
Experience within the Telecommunications / ISP industry - Essential
Administration and data capturing
Computer literacy
