Hirsch’s Homestore is looking for a confident, enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to drive the Gauteng -region to the next level.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Advertising of vacant positions on various recruitment portals
Ensure that advert/job profile is updated according to the needs and requirements of the business
Screening CV’s received via the various recruitment portals
Schedule interviews with candidates at relevant Branch
Arrange interviews for relevant Branch Manager/Regional Manager/COO at the respective Branch
Ensure verification checks are submitted and follow ups are done
Implement new recruitment strategies
Regret unsuccessful candidates
Ensure progress reports are send to management
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12/Matric certificate
3 – 5 years recruitment experience
Recruiting for retail industry will be an advantage
Must have own vehicle
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Role requires strong administration experience with accuracy and high attention to detail
Excellent planning and organising skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Deadline driven
Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast pace environment
Self-starter and independent worker
