What the position entails:

Sourcing New Business
Building relationships with clients
Servicing existing clients
Advertising vacancies
Sourcing candidates
Matching candidates to job spec/clients
Interviewing
Reference checking/Background screening
Admin
The successful candidate should:

Love dealing with people
Be polite and professional
Be energetic and enjoy meeting with people (must be willing to set up appointments and meet with clients and candidates)

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
