Recruitment Consultant

Due to our rapid growth we are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialists to join Careerbox. We need talented individuals looking for a challenge and with a clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding programs.position based in Umhlanga.
Responcibilities:

Partner with management to forecast and develop plans for staffing initiatives
Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against well-defined criteria
Regular follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
Create and/or review job descriptions for each new hire
Manage full-cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals at all levels
Create and implement ongoing marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers (networking events, information sessions, speaking opportunities, etc.)
Post openings following standardized sourcing plan and various other social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Build pipeline of candidates and maintain regular contact for future positions
Ensure On-Boarding process implementation for every new employee and work with hiring managers to ensure all program elements are followed
Track and record key metrics designed to measure effectiveness of on-boarding process

Bulk recruitment
Minimum Recruitments:

At least 1 year bulk recruitment experience in BPO / Call Centre
Strong understanding and ability to recruit for all levels (entry-level to executive)
Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and team-based experience
Experience delivering on-boarding programs
Proficient computer skills in MS Office
Experience using applicant tracking systems, social media etc
Must come with fresh marketing ideas
