Recruitment Administrator - Camps Bay

An extremely busy Recruitment company based in Camps Bay is seeking to employ a Recruitment Administrator. This is a HIGH-PRESSURED position and would need someone who is efficient and has a love for admin.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

MUST reside in/around Camps Bay area
Admin orientated
Must have a South African ID
Previous experience at a recruitment agency would be advantageous
Must be systematic and organised
Friendly, professional and energetic personality is a MUST
EDUCATION:

Must have Grade 12 (Matric) Non-negotiable
Hospitality / Human Resources / Communication Certificate or Diploma would be preferable

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Email / telephonic correspondence with candidates
Converting of CV's
Pre-Screening of CV's
Ensure filing system is always up to date and relevant
Control and manage the database
Oversee and manage marketing of the company
Placing of adverts
Updating of website and social media
Other ad hoc duties
