Job Introduction
Reporting to the HR BP, the Recruiter provides specialised Human Resources recruitment service.
Main Responsibilities
Effective performance of HR recruitment administration and functions:
Effective and efficient recruitment of wage staff
Administration of psychometric testing
Personnel File creation and submission (Employment)
Liaison with DOL and Community centres in relation to recruitment and career opportunities with G4S
Conduct panel interviews with line management
Pre-screening conducted and facilitation of the vetting process
Effective recruitment planning in relation to new business.

2. Compliance with PSIRA Regulations and processes:
Compliance with PSIRA requirements wrt:
Assistance in registration of employees
Accurate PSIRA employee information compiled and submitted onto the vetting website
The Ideal Candidate
Competencies:
Knowledge:
South African Labour legislation
G4S HR Policy and procedures
HR systems and practices
Skills :
Communication (written and verbal)
Supporting and working with others
Computer literacy
Attributes:
Sharing and Co-operating Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Delivering objectives
Minimum qualification:
Grade 12
Package Description
Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with the seniority of the role and in compliance with company remuneration policy and practice.
