Siyabona Africa is looking for an outgoing professional receptionist to join our growing team. This position is based in Cape Town City Centre. Only reply if you have RECEPTIONIST experience!
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Googe Docs Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organisational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
Customer service attitude
Matric with an additional certification in Office Management or similar a plus
Market based remuneration based on experience.
Starting date: As soon as possible

Salary: R5,000.00 to R8,000.00 /month
