THE ROLE:
That of a Receptionist / Office
Assistant at our office in Fourways, Johannesburg.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The
position entails the following responsibilities:
Maintain the frontline area, meet
and greet visitors and clients
ย
ย
ยท
Maintain the switchboard and
phone system
ยท
The co-ordination of bookings
for product demonstrations and customer meetings
ยท
Office duties such as:
Record keeping, filing, data capturing, sending communication etc.
Updating client and staff information
Liaise with customers, suppliers and third parties where applicable
Arranging courier services
Providing
assistance to all staff in the office
Administration of staff leave
Travel arrangements for staff
Kitchen duties when tea lady not at the office
Manage storeroom and keep inventory of office equipment
Assisting with other general administration and ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

A relevant Tertiary Certificate
/ Diploma will be an advantage

Previous work experience will
be an advantage

Ability to use email (outlook)
and MS-Word as a means of communication
ยท
Good MS Excel and Word skills
