Our client is seeking a Receptionist Assisrant/Clerk
Daily Tasks:
Meeting and greeting clients face-to-face and on the telephone
Assisting the Receptionists in answering the telephone, dealing with queries, transferring calls and taking messages where applicable, accurately forwarding by email to the relevant staff member/department
You will assist in handling the flow of people through the business and ensure that all tasks/responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Ensure the reception area, stationary cupboard and all boardrooms are well stocked, neat and presentable
Ad-hoc tasks to support the team as required
Enter and update in-house notes and contact lists clearly and accurately
Assist with general coordination of appointments
Accurately carry out departmental filing, both paper based and electronic
Essential Skills Required:
We require someone who is presentable, friendly and approachable professional with great communication and organisational skills
Someone who takes pride in their work and possesses a keen eye for detail
Friendly and hardworking with a positive approach
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize
