Duties:
Assistance to all departments
Answer phone, screen & direct calls
Meet & greet visitors at reception & direct to correct department
Deal with queries from public and customers
Be aware of staff movements in/ out of organisation
Monitor visitor access & maintain security measures
Provide general admin and clerical support
Organise & maintain meeting room, training room & boardroom bookings
Tidy & maintain reception area
Receive parcels from couriers & direct to correct person
Give guidance to cleaner relating to meeting & reception areas
Assist Office administrator when needed
Educational and experience requirements:

Secretarial or admin qualificationCompleted Grade 12
2 yearsβ+ experience in a reception and admin position
MS office literate
Fluent English(verbal and written)
Strong planning, organisational and coordination skills
Customer orientated
Professional and presentable
Able to take initiative
